Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number once your package has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We provide direct, fully tracked standard shipping to all valid postal addresses across the United States:

• Standard Shipping: $3.99 flat rate for orders under $39.99.
• Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders of $39.99 or more (calculated before taxes and after applicable discounts).
• Estimated Transit Time: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking details typically become active within 24 to 48 hours of departure from our sorting facility.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped under the United States $800 de minimis threshold. Customers are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes on standard consumer purchases.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days, please contact our support team at support@breezeatelier.com with your order number. We will gladly send a replacement kit or provide a full resolution.
