Shipping Deductions on Returns:
- Orders with Paid Shipping: The original $3.99 shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Free Shipping Orders (Full Return): If an entire order that qualified for free shipping is returned, the standard $3.99 shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Water-Soluble Instructions & Care
